In collaboration with the Centre for Competitiveness (CforC), we can help your organisation work towards achieving the EFQM Gold Star Service Excellence Award. This is a European Award and benchmark of good practice.
The approach is based on utilising diagnostic survey tools to understand and reach consensus on where you are now and develop an agreed action plan to improve.
The journey is supported by an Advisor approved through the Centre of Competitiveness, who will guide you through each stage until you are ready for assessment and validation.
The Centre for Competitiveness will then undertake an independent on-site assessment and once successful you will receive the Award.
In collaboration with the Centre for Competitiveness (CforC), delegates will learn how the 5 key criterion of the EFQM C2E model work to enable them to drive holistic improvement activities across the organisation and work towards securing accreditation against a European standard for their business.
