When a new person starts there is certain information you need to give and / or declarations you need to get from the new start. This includes the new start receiving a Contract of Employment within the first 2 months in NI (or on or before day one in England). If you do not have a Contract of Employment, please contact us and we can develop one specifically for your business.
If the job also entails dealing with confidential and sensitive business information and data, you may also want to consider purchasing the Confidentiality pack to ensure that employees sign up on or before day one to understand their obligations and any restrictions during or post employment.
Some of the resources, will be required right away and some are offered complementary as part of the pack that you may not need immediately but may do depending on your business.

What are the Documents used for?

Since 2018 employers and employees must by law under the regulations adhere to GDPR requirement – this declaration ensures that employees sign off to accept what they need to know and do. You will need to ensure this links to your GDPR policies and privacy notices. If you do not have these, please get in touch.
This form should be used to sign off and agree the terms of any training that is to be provided if there are claw back clause.
This form is to be used if you provide a uniform to agree how this is to be cared for and / or returned to ensure your brand is protected.
This form can be used for employees to claim back any approved business-related expense such as mileage.
This form can be used to approve overtime requirements.
This form can be used for employees who work more than an average of 48 hours over a 17-week reference period and want to opt out. (Please note this should the choice of the employee and not enforced. They can be advised that the form is available and where to access it should they wish to opt out).
